I spent more than 20 years at a structural engineering firm in Bend, helping it grow from a small family-owned business into a multi-owner organization.

Over that time I owned budgeting and forecasting, monthly financial close, performance reporting, valuation modeling, ownership transition planning, IT management, and day-to-day operational decisions. I was not advising from the outside. I was in it.

I am also a commercial real estate owner and operator. As a partner in both projects, I led the financing for an 8,126-square-foot commercial building in 2008 and a 7,070-square-foot renovation in 2024, and negotiated two subsequent refinances. I handle the lease administration, forecasting, and valuations myself.

I founded Rally to bring this background to other business owners who need experienced strategic and operational support without the structure of a full-time executive role.
